Coach: Ala Crockett

November 29 – December 24, 2021 (4 weeks)

3 sessions/week: M-W-F 6:30-7:30 AM

Program fee: $60 

Follow along with Coach Ala on a variety of RowErg workouts at your own pace in the comfort of your own home/garage/basement. Workouts can be completed on BikeErgs, cylcing trainers, treadmills, etc. Classes will be recorded and links provided to registrants for anytime access throughout the duration of the program.

The VEWs are open to UVRF members and non-members of all ages and experience levels. 

UVRF reserves the right to cancel the program if enrollment numbers are low. All
registration fees will be refunded if this occurs.

Yogi: Ala Crockett

December 4-18, 2021 (3 weeks)

3 sessions: Saturday Dec 4, 11, and 18 - 8:00-9:00 AM

Program fee: $15

We work hard! Recover from the week with rowing specific poses and counter poses. This yoga is for relaxation and muscle recovery as well as balance and flexibility. Learn breathing techniques to trigger parasympathetic nervous system - rest-and-digest conditions, conserving energy to be used later - and reset yourselves for a fantastic weekend!

Classes will be recorded and links provided to registrants for anytime acccess thoughout the duration of the program.

Yoga is open to UVRF members and non-members of all ages and experience levels.

Use the registration titled "FALL ONLY Junior membership" if you need to become a member only for UVRF Fall Junior Racing.

Annual UVRF membership runs from January 1st, 2021 through December 31, 2021. Members are invited and encouraged to attend the annual meeting in January.

You must be turning between 14 and 19 years old in 2021 to register as a junior.
