Below is the March Zoom Erg (& Zoom Strength Training) Practice Schedule. Your coach will send out the Zoom info approximately 24 hours before the session. No need to rsvp, just show up if you can!

NOTE that during our "break" from March 22 - April 11, we will continue with the Zoom Strength classes, and if you have your own erg, you can join Linda's UVRF Virtual Erg Workouts M/W/F from 6:30 - 7:30 free of charge (contact carin.reynolds@gmail.com for Zoom details).
